Ready For Work and Display. Here for sale in southeast Pennsylvania is a real good running John Deere B tractor and a World War II era 1941 model. It is a nice original John Deere B that the original family has decided to sell. In the picture on the trailer that is the first time it was ever off the original owners farm since the family bought it new over 70 years ago. This included repairs as it never left as the family did all the repairs on it over the years. Note they could not find the center battery cover as it was removed for easier access over the years, but we have some feelers out with parts yards trying to find another original or if you have one let us know. Our driver who loaded it said he never has heard a John Deere B sound better and idles great. Tires were new within the last several years and very good 90% or better and no weather checking. Still has original B owners manual with it. Electric Start and new battery too. Snow plow is shop made as you can see, but we think thats a John Deere #45 loader – loader and plow all goes with it. Starter works ½ the time so that might be the only thing youd want to replace in the year ahead. If that happens it starts fine by hand. See picture of that shown on the trailer.
