John Deere 445 Garden Tractor with 60 Mulching Deck & Hydraulics loader plow
Bought this tractor brand new in 1998. Best investment Ive ever made. I had to move unexpectedly too years ago to Florida. It was used in the yard I had for acres. Tractors been sitting for two years. Its running but not running right I believe the governor needs adjustment has new mass airflow sensor. At 900 hours the plastic cam was removed and replaced with the steel replacement. Probably needs a new battery. Both side panels have disintegrated over the last couple years but have the screens for them with the Tractor. Two sets of blades. Tractor comes with a 40 loader lightly used In yard. Its got a 60 inch snowplow thats Hydralic side to side up-and-down. Pull behind 25 gallon sprayer. Lots of extra parts manuals receipts. Ive also included the shop manual. Tractor has 1056 hours. Hate to sell it never thought Id part with it. Overall in pretty good condition but its 20 years old and it has been used but with a little work I think it has a lot of life in it.
