Circa 1900, I chirp for the John Deere Plow Co, celluloid pinback clicker Omaha
Very rare, circa 1900, John Deere Plow Company, when Deere had a factory in Omaha. Measures approximately 1.25 across. Had a pinback clasp on back, which is missing. Also had a metal “clicker” on back which is also missing. Could most likely be restored with the tin piece from another more common clicker, if so desired. The graphics on the front of the button are some of the best I’ve seen. A couple very very minor scratches, only visible at close inspection. No front side rust, cracks, etc. A true work of art. I’ve only found record of two others ever offered for sale. A rare opportunity to own this amazing piece of early Deere advertising. See photos for more info.
