1984 John Deere 430 Diesel Lawn & Garden Tractor, 1222 hours, in great condition. JD 60 Inch Mower Deck. JD 54 inch Hydraulic Plow. Wheel Weights and Chains. I’ve owned this workhorse for ten years — hate to give it up but I’m downsizing and moving across country so I can’t justify keeping it. Starts and runs great, does not consume/leak oil or hydraulic fluid. Greased, lubed, cleaned regularly; well-maintained except for paint; rust in the photos is on the surfaces. Replacements in the last three years include an alternator, block heater, and PTO electric clutch. Everything works as intended. If I were keeping it, the only thing I’d do in the near term is adjust the brakes and install new set of mower blades. I prefer to keep using it through the end of August, but that’s negotiable.
