John Deere 316 Garden Tractor hydro-static drive in fair condition. New motor Linamar LX series 790 20 HP on 6/14/2000. New 48 mower deck on 4/16/05. 54 blade hydraulic up/down (manual angle pull pin). 49 snow blower hydraulic up/down (manual chute handle). Includes wheel weights and chains. Wheel weights are cracked and chipped but still functional. Tractor at idle will idle up and down, but under load with PTO on tractor runs good. Rip in seat, broken right rear tail light.
