This is a very good 84 Front Mounted Blade for 4500 / 4600 / 4700 series John Deere tractors and maybe other 4000 5000 and 3000 series models. It came off a 4600 tractor (not included). Has Hydraulic angle and hydraulic up and down. Blade is a frame mount. See pictures and the video too!
